The health and safety of our customers, employees and communities, is our highest priority. We are taking all necessary steps to follow the WHO (World Health Organization) and local authorities’ guideline – internally with our teams in the Avant-Garde Paris offices and externally with our partners and manufactures – to help reduce the impact of Covid-19. As you probably may already know, on the basis of guidelines issued by MHA we have already resumed our online orders from 03rd May-2020.

Our website, our online partners Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon and our Social media channels are accessible 24/7.

We can assure you that all needed and appropriated health and hygiene standards are met in our warehouses and within the delivery process.

Will I still receive my orders I made on your online shop?
Our online shop is fully operational and orders will continue to be dispatched, but please allow a 1-2 day delay with delivery.

Is it safe to receive my orders?
We can assure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are met in our warehouse: employees are keeping safety distances, the teams are working in shifts and special schedules, and applying frequent disinfection measures.

Additionally, all of our logistics partners are providing now no-contact delivery.

*For additional safety, we suggest all our customers to disinfect the parcel from the outside after receiving it from the courier executive. To disinfect the outside poly cover, you can apply any hand sanitizer, spray 70% Isopropyl Alcohol or simply wash it with soap and water without letting the water go inside.

Will I still be able to return my items if I need to?
Over this period you don’t have to worry, we have a regular return period of 30 days to give you plenty of time to return the items to us. Please contact our customer service, if you're self-isolating or if nearby post offices are closed due to current situation.
